These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the job board services provided by Dux Media Ltd. ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using our job board platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the acceptance checkbox during registration or when posting a new job listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and that you are not residing in a country subject to US or EU sanctions.
3. User Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to job listings and employment. If you are representing a company, you must have the necessary authority and permission to post job listings on its behalf.
4. Job Listings
All job listings must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Listings must be for a legitimate job opportunity.
- Listings must not be for a multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunity.
- Listings must not be for a job that requires an upfront payment or fee.
- Listings must not be for a job that requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, sub-agents, or sub-representatives.
- Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, or offensive.
- Listings must not be for a job that involves illegal activities.
- Listings must comply with local employment laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these guidelines.
5. Account Creation
To post job listings, you are required to create an account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payment is required when submitting a job listing. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All payment details are handled securely. Please note that we generally do not offer refunds for job listings.
7. Intellectual Property
By uploading logos or other content for your job listings, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the uploaded content and present the job listing on the internet and other digital channels associated with our Service.
8. Third-Party Services
Our job listings may include links to third-party websites or application systems. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or functionality. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of New York, USA. The parties agree to resolve any disputes through litigation in this jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your actions or omissions on our Service.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically. Paying customers will also be notified of any significant changes via email.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
